This is coming from a Californian, born and raised: We have allowed our state to go too far in the interests of our safety and security. Although it is nice to believe that our government has our best interests in mind, the fact is, unless we as a whole, watch the path that our government is taking, we will become much like the suppressive governments that we dislike so much. We as a COUNTRY need to pay better attention to what governs us, and not to go along the assumption that they will always have our best interests in mind.

County, gun control will be one of the things worked into Obamacare.

Think about it, the Feds will control your healthcare. If they determine you are eating "unsafe foods" or living an "unsafe lifestyle" they will enact laws to make sure that you life the proper way.

That translates into wild game is not inspected by the FDA, and playing with guns is dangerous.

that kind of crap would never fly here in SD. hunting is the backbone of our economy for half the year, and the ammo sales of us just shooting stuff the rest of the year. there is a vast majority of us who will never let anything anti gun related pass, at least in our state.
