Default Taser kills another one….well not really.

Taser use under review after death in chase | pnj.com | Pensacola News Journal

Some people say you can’t teach common since. I disagree. Every time someone does something incredibly stupid we laugh and say “what a moron!” but we all really file a little note to self…-Hey don’t every do that!

Oh wow, that's a new one.

I have to admit, my mean sense of humor got the best of me as I loughed loud enough to scare my hound dog out of the room.

Running over suspects on bicycles is not something to enhance your professional resume...

But of course, then we have the construction site suspect...

I wonder what he was suspected of doing - stealing plywood and then escaping on a bicycle?

Right now I'm betting that the guy was never hit by the taser, just hit a curb and ended up road kill.

Here's a better solution, how about suspects don't try and flee from the cops. If they want to flee, then pay the consequences. Howbeit, getting run over and killed, does suck.

LOL I wonder how many 4x8 sheets of plywood a person on a bike can steal. I'm sure someone can get it down to 2 or 3 sheets until they get hit with a cross-wind.

I would go further than the enhanced resume comment and say this could be career ending for the cop if he used poor judgement.

As one who has had numerous contacts with law enforcement, and none of them being life threatening. Here is my advice....Do What The Guy With The Gun Says. Just my little public service announcement.

It’s funny with the taser. Every year with the recerts we get told things not do….and you know this came up because someone tried it.

Don’t taser someone if they are swimming in water……..ok it will not electrocute them but if they can’t swim….what is that term oh yea drowning!

And don’t put your hand in from the taser when you pull the trigger….I saw the picture of that one!
