You know what, alot of people started giving me trash about me street racing and what not. Some of you people even had the face to say I write poorly. I just wanna say that I don't care if I was Infront of the police station, I'll be dammed If Im gonna let some jerk walk on me. I will defend the mustang name at all costs and if that meens street racing at high speeds so be it. I will not stand by and let Rams Trans AM Camaro's or any body else for that matter make me cower "because i shouldn't race on the street". Every one talks garbage around here that only chicks drive stangs, And me i beileve im a die hard Mustang/ford fan so i feel it's nessecery to show them just what the mustangs all about. well im all for defending the ford name and the mustang and i like to blow ricers out of the water too but if ur guna race at least do it where there aren’t any people in ur way cuz if u kill someone street racing it makes the entire car enthusiast community look bad muscle and rice alike it just gives the department of public safety more ammo to enforce speed cameras and other BS

I could care less about "defending" anything on the street, that's a childish point of view. If someone wants to race me, and is serious about it, the phrase "Meet me Sunday at the track, and don't forget to bring some money" comes to mind.

Yeah, lets shift the focus from defending the mustang name over to not putting other people in harm's way.
Racing is cool, and everyone has decided that the speed limit signs are just a suggestion at least once, but don't be stupid about it. I'm sure at the end of the day/week/month you would feel a lot worse knowing that you hurt someone because of your driving than if you had just let some idiot in another car drive away thinking he's got a better ride.
Everyone here loves mustangs (and who wouldn't), but try not to let that get in the way of making intelligent decisions.
I have street raced before bro. I understand the excitement. But only race where it is safe. Do not run red lights at 114mph! That my friend is dangerous. How would you feel if you actually hit a small child at that speed. I love my mustang but man you have got to slow down. Racing in town is stupid. It's not the getting caught we are worried about. We don't want you killing someone.
I thought about writing a scathing post here then I realized that it wouldn't do any good.
I can only hope that this juvenile gets put in jail or has his license revoked before he hurts or kills someone .

ok everyone know street racing is bad and is frowned upon. im not going to lie i do it, bash me call me a loser or whatever but i dont have time to go to the track i work 7 days a week most of the time. so if sombody wants to race we usualy just take it to a deserted back road. its not the right thing to do but we all know it isnt just going to go away id say just do it smart. and its a risk that you are taking. But if you go around racing in town or down a crowded highway, people arent going to be like wow thats a nice car or it sounds good. they will be like look at this dumb idiot trying to kill sombody and if you say your trying to represent mustang pride and all the garbage that isnt the way to do it
