newby got 1978 cobra II

hello i have a 1978 mark 2 mustang and am looking to build it as a fast street / drag racing car.I am looking to change the engine to a twin turbo v6 buick engin has anyone done anything like this before and got advice.

standard the engine is less than stock but am boreing to a 4 litre with trick pistons and cams, upgraded turbos she should have more ponys than the stock 5 litre that came in the car.

Welcome to the site! I doubt you'll find anyone that has done that to their mustang II. I know the 302/5.0 that came in these 1975-78 mustangs was an EXTREMELY tight fit and you would be hard pressed to fit anything bigger in that engine compartment without cutting quite a bit of it out and modifying lots. You should consider an easier 2.3 turbo setup as that engine(without the turbo) came in those mustangs and would be a very straightforward install when compared to the very expensive and rare Grand National/T-Type engine.
