Welcome to the site! I doubt you'll find anyone that has done that to their mustang II. I know the 302/5.0 that came in these 1975-78 mustangs was an EXTREMELY tight fit and you would be hard pressed to fit anything bigger in that engine compartment without cutting quite a bit of it out and modifying lots. You should consider an easier 2.3 turbo setup as that engine(without the turbo) came in those mustangs and would be a very straightforward install when compared to the very expensive and rare Grand National/T-Type engine.
