Hi, I am new to this sight and am getting my first Mustang but I need help choosing the right exhaust that I want. Its really plain and simple, I want my Mustang to sound like a power boat when its idling. Im choosing between Borla Exhaust Systems, Bassani After Market Exhaust and FRPP's Exhausts or a combination of just 2 or 3. But whatever the combo all I want is to make it sound bad a$$ on the take off and when its just idling. I'm trying to keep it at a REASONABLE price too. Any info would help with my decission. Thanks.

Hi, and welcome!!!!! Might I suggest you check out out audioclips for exhausts and Youtube is a great place to see what combinations you would like. I am going after a similar sound, and I am looking at Corsa. Check out their website. They have some audio clips of Idle, Exterior revs, launch, drive by, and 60mph to 80mph accel. They sound wicked!!!!

Some of the site favs are Magnaflow, Borla, and Flowmaster. It all depends on what kind of sound you are looking for. There are a few threads on this in the 2005+ section.
