Hi, I have recently purchased my first mustang, 99 GT. I am waiting to get home and drive it. I have not even seen the car yet and I have allredy bought $500 woth of mods for it. In the near future I am getting the Mod Max renegade stroker. This will be a bullitproof setup for my turbo in the future, for a 600 hp goal I have made for myself. This will be too easy to accomplish with a turbo. As for the stroker kit I have a couple of questions. To the best of my knowldege the stock pistons are 18.5 cc making the 9 to 1 compression ratio so, would a 17cc piston on the strokker kit give me the same compression or would I have to go with a 24 dish piston? I don't have the luxary of a garage to work out of so, about how much would a performance shop charge?
Any other new users are welcome to share their new rides, goals and questions.

if your going to boost it get the dished pistons for lower compression, you want to be at or preferable below 9:1 comp. with a power adder to maintain reliability.
