Question 1984 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe RPM issues.
I've Just purchased a 1984 TC for $300. The car is in great shape, the guy just wanted it gone. The car starts and idles fine. When I push the gas pedal down, The engine will rev up a little and then stop about 2000 rpm and bog out and stay there. It sounds like it wants to go further but wont. Ive had a couple of 2.3L cars but this is my first turbo 2.3L. I dont have a clue on what could be causing this. Could anyone help me??
