 1986 Mustang engine swap
Hello, I have the opportunity to purchase a 86 V6 mustang off of a friend of mine. The motor in the car is a 3.8L, but it has a bad rear main seal. Along with the Mustang comes a 90 Lincoln Town Car with a 302, runs good, but rear of the car is wrecked. I would like to know if the wiring harness from the 3.8 is at all compatible with the 5.0. I don't know a lot about Fords or Mustangs, but the car is a T-Top Mustang so it is hard to pass on the $1000 price tag. Thanks for the help. |
