Default 1991 Mustang GT,Bogging out, o2 sensor problem?

Okay i have recently got long tube headers and a BBK X-pipe put on my 91 Mustang GT. A few days later in fifth gear higher than 3000 RPM's it would bog out and not pick up anymore. A couple days ago i headed from fort riley kansas to york pa because i have 15 days of leave since i just returned from iraq. well the whole way i had this problem BUT WAY WORSE! now if the car sits for a little bit when i start it and take it of its fine. when i drive a couple minutes it will bog out and not pick up at all no matter what RPM or what gear. then the check engine light comes on. someone asked me if they put my O2 sensors back on after the installation and i said yes. he said thats your problem i bet if you put a dollar up to the exhaust pipe it will be blowing and sucking the dollar back in. HE WAS RIGHT. it also makes a high pitched constant whistling sound from the exhaust pipe while idling. i think because its sucking and blowing air. i just tried it when i made it to Pennsylvania after stopping like 50 times. No exagaration like 50 times. it got so bad bogging out that i had to pull off the highway because i was doing 25 mph on a 70mph highway.

so how can i fix this? i have to drive all the way back to fort riley and i cannot take that trip again with this problem. i dont know if it makes a diff but they put the o2 sensors on the headers right before they connect to the x-pipe. could that be too hot on the headers and damaged it? naturally no i have not cats. are the o2 sensors bad because of heat? can a o2 sensor delete kit/ Mustang splice in MIL eliminator from american muscle fix it? o only see one for a 96-04 gt on the site. would that work? i have to be back to fort riley to report by the 15th so email me my cell phone will get it asap
