 1988 Mustang GT AOD flexplate to torque converter mounting issues
Trying to make a long story short i needed a new flex plate because it was missing quite a few teeth so i went to rock auto to get another. they had only one in stock and it was a 164 tooth flexplate exactly like the one before but the holes for the flexplate are too small and are not in the right position to fit the torque converter.
so my question is...
has anyone had a problem like this before like flexplate loosing teeth or has anyone had issues like mine trying to make the converter and flexplate to mate |
