Hey everyone, I'm new to this board because I want to get some good answers to help save me some money on my project vehicle. I'm gonna cross post this in the 5.0 tech area also.
I'm looking getting the Ford Racing 5.0 engine with the E303 cam. Ford claims 340hp when used with the Ford Racing induction (I'm assuming they mean the Cobra as the GT40 is no longer available in their catalog), 65mm throttle body, headers, and I'm also assuming 24# injectors. No mention of who's mass sensor so I'm assuming this means a recalibrated stock sensor. I want to make around 350hp max without losing any low end torque. This combo is going in my 1976 Jeep CJ5 to be used on trails, dunes, and some light rock crawling.
I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on this combo as you guyz and galz are the experts!
