Hello all. I've been lurking this forum, and others, the past few weeks to gather information before my first Mustang purchase. I haven't had a lot of luck with Fords in the last decade and the last car my Ford dealership offered up was a Daewoo...I can't give that one away. I just sold my Expedition and am shopping for a V6 to ease in to work. Lot's of good info. here. T.

Welcome to AFM, You can't beat the new V6 mustangs, they are great & no worries seeing as it really isn't a ford engine the engine was built in Germany & you know those Gearmans can build a great engine. I hope your purchase goes well.

Welcoem to the site. One tip, make sure you drive a V8 Stang before you purchase the V6. There is nothign wrong with the V6, but you don't want to make that investment and wish you would have bought the V8 sound later.

Plus there are Gt's on lots now that are used and cheaper than buying new if thats a concern for you, can;t help on insurance tough.
