[Missing67]

As my username suggests, I'm missing an old friend and trying to track her down. Specifically, a 1967 fastback I used to own.

She was built in San Jose, CA and was sold by me in Santa Clara, CA back around 1999/2000.

At the time she had:

black with green interior
4-speed top-loader
351w with Alan Root aluminum heads
Crane roller rockers
Crane cam
Crane electronic ignition
Long tube headers
Maier Racing suspension
Aluminum driveshaft
Fiberglass hood
Sony cassette with CD changer

She had the California license plate "FAST 67"

I also have the VIN, but wouldn't feel right posting it. Don't want to give TOO much info.

I'm also attaching a picture I took of it before I sold it.

If this rings a bell for anyone, PLEASE let me know. I regret ever selling her...

You might want to try and post this on other forums too. Maybe she left for Germany ? There is a group from the Dr-Mustang forum travelling to the US twice a year, buying 10 to 15 Mustangs for the Stang enthusiats over here each time.

Do you still know the name of the person you sold it too? I would start there trying to contact them whether by doing a phone book or internet search for them.

Hey all, thanks for your support and suggestions. I'll definitely throw a post up on the other forum shortly. It sure would be nice to track her down, but maybe I'll get lucky and find a replacement that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I can't believe how much the value of the '67 fastbacks has gone up since I sold mine. At least a 3x increase, so much for throwing down < $10k for a decent one. Eesh!
