Default Hello, I just joined today to gain information on upgrading my baby.

Hello Guys and Ladies,

I just joined today to check all the options and ideas out there to put about 450 hp to the rear wheels and what steps to take to get there the easiest and most practical way. Any help with adding super chargers and ect will be appreciated. Nice meeting you and I will be stepping in from time to time to ask questions and give answers if I happen to be able to help. I have only worked on 65 to 68 mustangs in the past and was just starting upgrading a beautiful 04 GT before it was totalled in high water. I will now begin the task of taking a flat gorgeous black 03 GT convertible and making it into a sleeper. Only visual mods I want to do is Xenon lights up front and maybe a new hood and front valance. Other than that, performance will come first. Thanks for the invite and everyone have a wonderful weekend.

howdy and welcome to AFM! your 04 wasn't flooded from hurricane Rita a year and a half ago, was it? either way, sorry to hear about that car.

if you want 450 to the wheels, you have a lot of reading to catch up on. like WhiteAngel said (great minds think alike), do the search function and you will find some excellent threads on anything you need. if not, start a new thread and you will have some great opinions and past experiences to help you with your decision making.

Hello and welcome. The best way to get 450 rwhp is probably a supercharger and/or NOS. There are several guys here with at least that much hp to the rear wheels (i.e. kj_cinci, Don_W, etc). Check out our 2005+ Tech section for tips, ideas, and advice to get your baby at 450+ rwhp.
