Default New member - What is the lightest stock 2.3 cast exhaust manifold?
I race a 1990 2.3 (oval track) and we have to run a stock cast iron exhaust manifold. I'am currently running a 28lb Ranger exhaust manifold. We can not cut or lighten stock parts and headers are not allowed. Apparently there is a rare stock 2.3 Ford exhaust manifold that is 10-12 lbs lighter -it looks like a cast iron "header". Can anyone help me or send me in the right direction? Thanks!
