Was from last year, I was running about 13.0-13.2. My mods then was 93 tune, CAI, O/R-H, LCA's, DR's.
The mach that I know of had an X pipe, CAI, and drag radials. And 8 extra valves

taking the headlight out might help with airflow. considering 9/10 the filter is right behind the headlight bezel on the passenger side. cool air never hurts anyone..
