Oops i missed the 96 part. i spend so much time on the 05 and newer GT page i forget some times. I drove the manual 6. dont get me wrong i love the car and plan on owning one along with my
stang some day but im not going to rush out and buy one like i thought i would. Back in the days of the LS1 camaro vs the 2V 4.6 mustang the mustang didnt stand a chance. I guess i thought it was going to be that big of a diff between the new ones. I think i was let down because i had my expectations set to high. I wanted a low 12 high 11 sec car but now i realize that that was just asking to much off the show room floor. But hay one can dream cant they. I wanted to buy one and it be faster than my 05gt the way it is set up now. that way i would not want to dump alot of money into it to make it faster. I also have driven a 2010 mustang gt and i dont know what gears it had but if felt like it had a V6 compared to my 05gt but it did drive nice ill give it that much. but that is just my opinion.
