I think he tried to shift without using the clutch or something, I don't know.

He probably thought he could powershift his way to victory. lol not sure that I would ever try to do that with my car.

Oh, my bad. I don't really know what I'm talking about. Though i have heard that at the right RPM's you can shift without using the clutch.

You can shift w/out the clutch by matching rpms, but it's not near as fast as a normal shift, let alone powershifting. And if you screw it up, you can hurt your tranny or over rev the engine!

Ha ever seen a Yukon break its drive shaft at the yoke trying to pass someone? I have, me and my dad were going to the shooting range in his truck on a sunday(as usual) already 10mph above the speed limit this guy decides to pass. He switches over into the opposite lane THEN floors it, in a hail of sparks and cuss words this guy rolls into the grass in the opposite lane. Knowing the road was rarely traveled we stopped to help this guy, I told him he'd need a new yoke and possibly a drive shaft, he looked at me like I was stupid, with all that money his parents are paying for him to be in college youd think they wouldve taught him some manners.

Anywho the story gets turned around so it was OUR fault, at that point we got back in the truck and left him. Dont you love what our countries becoming. Apparently Chevy the American icon cant make dependable trucks and our people cant man up and admit theyre wrong. Not to mention we know NOTHING of cars other than theyre made in either Mexico or Japan.
