Today I went to the post office. It was nice and sunny and I figured I'd take the Mustang. As I was leaving the post office, a Honda Civic hatchback pulls out in front of me. Right away I knew this car was a force to be reckoned with because of the giant tail pipe, low stance, and flat-black primer paint job. As he gunned his engine to cut me off, I could barely read the license plate through the cloud of blue smoke that eminated from the car that sounded almost as powerful as my lawnmower, but not quite as torquey as my weed-eater (which happens to be a 4-stroke...with headers.)
Once I got behind the Civic at a stop light, and the smoke cleared, I realized that the license plate said "V8 KILLA." No, seriously... It really said "V8 KILLA."
This was fairly laughable. I could not help but rev my motor at this guy. My 'Stang is NOT super bad-ass. It's got some bolt-ons, and 4.10 gears, but...I built my own exhaust 'cause I'm a decent welder and don't have any mufflers, the exhaust comes out in front of the rear wheels, so it sounds rather intimidating/obnoxious in a cool way. I could see the guy look back in his side view mirror...and the light turned green, so he blew his obligatory cloud of loud lawnmower smoke but I guess he decided not to kill my V8. I feel so lucky that he spared me the emabarassment that was so surely to come by having my Mustang beaten by a V8 killing, flat black, ghetto-whip with Bondo falling off of it every time he hits a bump.
Next I'm gonna intimidate the Mustang GT-R with Lemon Yellow paint and 16 inch wheels. It DOES have a Cobra R front fascia, and a 6" pipe (just one) stickin' out the back...so he might be able to take me though. I also liked the tint on the side windows. Not fully tinted, just a strip of tint down the middle because he couldn't fit it or cut it correctly. I can't even begin to speculate why someone would do that.
This isn't much of a kill story. But I think that Civic has been dead for quite some time anyway. It's like a zombie Civic. You can blow it away every day, and it just keeps coming back, still being a moaning, dead, ugly, rotten piece of smelly crap.
Who do these people think they're fooling? Why?????

i honestly doubt he's raced a V8 or maybe he tried and thought he won when the person in the V8 didn't try. Some just don't know and i'm being honest. I remember one guy back at Tyndall AFB came into work one day and was amazed his car had 115HP. We thought he was joking but he was serious. Then I told him what my 95GT had and my other friend told him what his 96 SS Camaro had. well, lets just say he thought his car was fast at first....

Yea all you have to do is run the car over. Them Strykers arent a joke. Do they still have the aquaeous fins on the back and can they still float them? I know they use to but not sure if they still did?

The ones you are talking about are not strykers. Those are actually German made vehicles that we have, but as far as the real stryker goes those are not amphibous.
