Default Does this count as a kill?

So I am sitting at the longest red light ever one day after work. Then some older gentleman pulls up in a brand new Volvo S40.(2.0T I think) He revs his engine and just smiles. So I figured what the heck. About 1/8 mile up the road it turns into a 1 lane road. He was in the lane that ends. Anyway, the light turns green and we take off. I hear his tires squeeling. I catch traction right away and launch off the line. I see that I am about 1 car legnth in front of him when I hit 2nd gear. Right before I hit 3rd gear the lane ends. He is staying in hie soon to be ending lane. I am doing about 70 mph by now and I look to the right and all I see is this older man with a pissed off look on his face driving off of the road. I am thinking this guy is nuts. He was still trying to race me in the gravel. lol He pulls back onto the road. By this time I am about 2 car legnths in front of him. When he got back on the road, he turned off on the next street. The rest of the way home all I could think was, what the hell just happened. What I think he was trying to do was get in front of me so he didn't have to merge. Well I guess I just ran him off of the road. Oh well. This actually happens alot at that red light. People try to cut you off so they don't have to wait to get over. Everytime it happens now I run them off of the road, unless it is a faster car, in which case I just let them get in front of me. Would that be considered a kill? Technically I won. lol

Yeah, you killed that old man. He revved and smiled, then squealed his tires on the launch. It definitely counts. Volvo That's like a white collar Buick.

White collar buick! HAHA So true. I kind of felt bad for running an old man off of the road, but I will not let any one cut me off. Unless they have the HP to do so.
