ur either feedin us **** or the guy in the s197 sucked at shifting. abt ur wheels spinning off the line, the s197 6'er also does that. on a roll with more traction, if he shifted anywhere close to normal, he would have..i wont say murdered...but definitely pulled on u.
i hate when ppl say our 05+ are heavier so they suck, correct me if im wrong but dont our 4.0's have better torque/weight ratio than the 3.8's?

here's a list of mods that it will take a 98 v6 to beat a STOCK 05+ v6

split port intake
cai
tune
exhaust
4.10's
t-lok

'05+ v6 with intake exhaust and tune?
all the above mods + windstar intake + long tubes MIGHT get you there.

and yea they also spin the tires,my friend did.and u are correct.im not saying my 3.8 is better, faster or better than a 4.0.and once again it was the driver mod of 4.0

hey congrats ur the 1st idiot that start bringing up excuses.1st of all look at the vid good.2nd he did not brake.AND IF HE WOULD HAVE BRAKED , IT LOOKS LIKE I WOULD HAVE LOST BY 1/2 CAR OR BY THE FENDER..on the vid u can see that he never braked.and he did not.you can see clearly that he shifted 1st taking the lead but once i shifted bye bye..look at the vid good, then u can start making up excuses.by the way the 4.0 had red neon lights under the car.so dont think that was the brake light

Let's see you race against a 350z. Yea you can't, so you're car isn't a monster. It doesn't even have a s/c, how can you call IT a monster?

The video is BS, of course you took it at night. You can make anything 'look' good as long as it's not bright and sunny out. And what was that 50mph to 55mph? Lame!
