A buddy of mine used to queue up and crank German Beerhall ("oompah!") music when he'd pulled up next to someone he wanted to race. Not that he liked it -- it was his version of psychological warfare. The looks on the "victims" faces were priceless.

Beer is my anti-drug
a lame song to be killed by would have to be simon and Garfunkel's "feel'in grovy"-------------my wife told me to put this in. "Like a Virgin" would be another psych warfare song
While crusising around looking for races, I like to listen to the Top Gun theme that Van Halen plays. As for actual racing music, Cheap Trick's-Mighty Wings [Top Gun], and my FAVORITE song ever, DangerZone [Top Gun]
I've never heard that song, but you gotta love Rob for singing about a Mustang!! That would be cool for a personalized license plate, too bad it wont fit...unless there's a state that allows 8 characters. "BLKSNSHN"
Okay, I have been reading the threads and finally had to register and respond. I have on order my first Mustang. A black on black GT with black leather interior convertible. I have always loved that White Zombie song and there was no doubt in my mind that "Black Sunshine" would be the name of my new pony. I ordered a customized license plate frame for my new baby... sadly, I will get that before the pony. My build date isn't until the week of 4/4... coming up but not soon enough. So I had to say hi to a fellow Zombie / Mustang lover.
Black Sunshine Girl.
Hey All,
I am surprised nobody mentioned Kid Rock's song Cocky..."you ain't braggin mother ****** if you back it up". There are lots of good tunes out their to kill by, my favs include anything by Joe Satriani, Steve Vai or newer Jeff Beck (such as 'What Mama Said' 'Big Block' or 'Roys Toy') I like killin' to instrumentals mostly, I find it less of a distraction. I guess an all time fav would be Frankenstein by The Edgar Winter Group.
If I feel like psychin' out the competition, the Beethoven On Speed CD by The Great Kat is a killer choice.
Happy Motoring,
MrMustang1
in my opinion the worst genre of songs to get killed by is classical stuff like Bach and Beethoven like in the movie Cannonball Run with the DeTomaso Pantera, but without the explosion.
