I was driving one day out to my moms house and in front of me was an 05 GT and in the lane next to that was a Shelby Cobra. I was following them at about 35 and the GT sqeaked the tires and sped up. I continued to follow them and we got up to about 50 when the Cobra sqeaked his tires. i dont know how it turned out but im sure the Cobra blew him away. It just goes to show what true American muscle can do.

they didnt start making them yet so I'm guessing you saw a 1960s Shelby or mistaken by a GT with Shelby badging?

It was a 60s Shelby Cobra and i was behind them in my dads truck. im not 100% positive they were racing but it still looked pretty cool

Trust me, you would know it if a Cobra replica (as are most of them) was racing - you would hear it....
