There I am a nice summer after noon in Shitport LA. Just driving up the road and this Scion TC that turned on the road behind me a few blocks ago is following me. He finally catches up and revs that 4banger up at me. I look over like ya rite. then he takes off slows down and revs at me again, Now im like ok this guy is dumb. So I look over and nod my head, and he takes off I let him get a little lead, then I punch it. Cherp the tires shift into 3rd and Ive already passed him. I herd him shift and the little sneeze of a blow off valve slips out. So he pills up to me again and this time at a red light we go again this time I dint let him jump out I punched it it kicked side ways and I left him sit . I get to work the next day and my friend knows the guy and said he had the scion at the track and with the turbo only running mid 15's. That has to be the worst turbo set up ever. what a waste of money.

If you start with a turd, no matter what you do, it'll still be a turd.

is it a trd turbo? i think i battled one of those on the freeway. couldnt shake him, but he couldnt overtake me. wish i could have gone from a stop. thats where the 5.0 shines.

TRD only makes a supercharger for the Tc, but its a centerfrugal one so it might sound like a turbo? Even after the supercharger install it still only make around 200 hp and 230 with a 9 psi pulley headers and exhaust . I know this because Sport Compact Car had one as a project car.

yup just a month ago a race one we were goin about 45mph when we floor it he did in fact pass me by a car and i heard the turbo spool so i ask him " thats a turbo i hear?" he said yup so he gave me a rematch on the stop light by the time i hit 3rd gear i was already gone by 2 cars he follow me for a 3rd and final round this time i spin 1st gear he got a 1/2 car lead i power shift to 2nd and then my car just sworm pass him i hit 3rd gear then i press the clutch 1 time and i was i head for good . he problaly when to his house an kill him self for spending all that money on a turbo .
