1972 Mustang Grande.
I bought my first and only car 4 years ago when I was 17. Before I bought it, I really didnt want a Mustang because both my parents and extended family own classic Mustangs. But when I found out how expensive a Mopar was, I stated growing on the big 71-73 Mustangs. I also liked the price because nobody wanted them. I soon also sared gaining interest in the 351 Cleveland because it was so different from the Windsor and FE blocks. After that, I found myself intrigued by the Grande model because when I think of a Mustang I think of either a low price basic 6 cylinder 1965, or a Mach 1/Boss/Shelby not a luxury Coupe. So when I finally found the perfect car for me, it was metallic brown with a ripped up white vinal roof and shredded ginger interior ( Brown/ginger is my most unfavorite color on a car) I tried to teach myself to fix the body work and was able to do just about all of it but cutting out and patching a rusty corner panal.
Modifications so far are a Weiand intake with an Edelbrock 600 cfm topped off with a 4 inch K&N filter, a Pertronix under the distributor ( Which i suggest anyone that still has points sould change to. ) slotted front disc brakes, Headman headers, cherry bomb glass packs, electronic exhaust cutouts, and to top it off.................Flamethrower side exhaust
