    About Me
Grew up in a little town in CA, rode road bikes for fun, discovered motorcycles at 15, and never looked back. Bought my first car when I was 16, 1968 Mustang fastback, Hunter green, 289, 4spd. Moved to CO, Joined the Army and been doing that deal all over the world for 23 or so years.
Bought a 1978 bronco 1990, and fell in love with off roading all over again. Spent the next 15 years building that vehicle and runnig up and down every trail I could find in SC, NC, Alaska and Oregon. Made some trips to CO for 4WD events. Enjoyed some off road racing in Australia a 2002 and 2003. While at Fort Lewis training ROTC cadets in 2005, went out on a boring night to look at the new Mustang.. Saw a GT.. Build date….same as my wife’s birth day, Windveil Blue, same color as my moms first new car, 1966 Mustang coupe, the first car I ever drove… Told the sales guy I’d take it…he said lets go talk about financing.. I said,, ummm, no,, I’ll take it.. Have it prepped; I’ll be back in the morning. Walked in at 0900 Monday morning and handing him a cashers check, drove my new GT back to billeting at FT Lewis… Then I started thinking about how I was getting a Bronco, with a dirt bike in the back and a mustang home to Oregon at the end of the month….. All’s well that ends well..

    Mustang Rides
Past: 1966 Coupe, 6cly, 3spd, Pony interior, belonged to my mother till she died.. Never forgave myself for letting that one go.
Past: 1968 Fastback, 289, 4spd, Hunter Green, lowered 2”, 15” bullets, before bullets were the “in” thing. Found out drum brakes and water, plus 17 year old inexperienced driver do not mix.. large pole vs front end.. was the demise of my first car.
Current: 2005 Windveil Blue GT, Steeda springs, 1” front, 2” rear, D-Spec dampers, BMR panhard bar, Hurst Shifter, 18 x 8 polished rim black spoke bullets front , 18 x10 polished rim black spoke deep dish bullets rear. Both wrapped in Nitto 555’s. C&L CAI, SCT tuner with Brenspeed 93 oct tune, Steeda UDP.
