I actually got my rims from mht wheels. Their website is:

My model is the Foose DF-5's and although I got them for 300 each, I called recently for a backup set of rims and was told they cant sell any and never could because they only sell them to businesses. I guess I got lucky once. Anyway they come originaly with chrome inserts. I had mine painted yellow at a body shop so if thats the look you like then you got to put in some custom work to get it to what you want.
