the car i have know is an 1986 lx.5.0l. ok...everyone hears about the barn finds or the little old lady cars..this car was not any of those...lol i think i must have been crazy when i towed this thing home in 2005
. this car was about 2 days from going to the junk yard. everyone hears the story about when we were young we had a 5.0 and had to sell it for some reason or another. that is me...i bought a 1989 5.0 lx brand new in 1989...to this day that was my favorite car! bought a house....had kids...mustang had to go...fast forward 15 years and i thought that i would just look around to see whats out there...looked on ebay, craigslist, auto trader..ect. found this car on e-bay and it was only five miles from my home. i did not bid on it, but decided to contact the seller to take a look at it. love at first sight...lol. the tow truck driver actually laughed at me. he said he seen nicer cars at the junk yard. this is a total low-buck project that is almost done thanks to most of you on this sight. all work has been done by me, paint, body, motor...ect... all parts where either traded, swapped, or a craigslist buy. so anyone in pa feel free to contact me, i will try to help with most anything!!!
