There should be a phone number on the ticket that you can call. I believe that speeds fifteen miles or more over the limited is consider to be reckless driving and if so you have to apear in court and therefore you cann't pay the ticket by mailing in a check or money order or by phone using a credit card. If the ticket says you have to apear in court Iam afraid you have no other choice , read the ticket carefully it will tell you of all you options.
