13 PSI Isn't too bad on a T3/T4 Turbo. But to beat a Z06 you will need more than just a big turbo.. Corvettes are very light, powerful, areodynamic, geared well (except 6th), etc. I drive a C6 ocasionally and man, I can't compare my mustang to the C6 Corvette.. Go with the previous comment, forge everything
