cool, thanks for the info! I just baught a new PCV valve and some throttle body cleaner; I'm going ot throw on the new PCV valve from pepboys and see if that fixes it, if it does I'll go get the Ford PCV. I'll let you know if that fixes the problem for me

Hey bro. I cleaned out my IAC over the weekend and it made about a 75% improvement to my performance. The car starts perfectly now.

Then I drove 150 miles and it got even worse! I'm going to buy another IAC tonight and throw it on. I guess its common for those to get worse after cleaning.

I think I'm on the right track to figuring this out and I'll keep you updated after replacing the IAC.

Oh by the way, Pep Boys sells the IAC here for $50.00.
