I'm a true mustang fanatic...really an all Ford one. Ive been racing for sometime to include building up cars. I have this infactuation with building up STOCK UNCRACKED MOTOR cars and building them as fast as i can go without getting into the engines. I had a 1966 Ford Fairlane which started the whole love affair with racing. This was my first true street car that i raced practically EVERY weekend in the area i am from. Talk about street racing!!! This was before it was a felony!! I drove this car everyday to college and race every weekend! I sold this car to get an 88 gt 5.0. I managed to get the gt to a 13.7 on just a lower crank pulley, no cats, mufflers, and clutch. I now had a/c, fuel injection, and not too bad for the little mods it had. This was on street tires! This started the obession with mustangs. My next mustang was a 2003 Mach 1. I was able to run an 11.93 @ 113 mph on the stock uncracked motor! I only had 313 rwhp!! According to the mach1registry, i was one of 3 at the time to do it. I believe there are now about 10 of us who have accomplished this goal. I sold the mach 1 and bought me a 1966 Mustang fastback 2+2. This had a 4 spd toploader. It was such a beautiful car and i really missed my "fairlane days". I got it going pretty good but I had to sell the car for not having anymore room. I got a transfer with my current job (back home) and i didnt know where i was going to live (how much room i would have). I ended selling the fastback. At the same time i also had a 1993 Ford Lightning #695. Beautiful truck...had about 275,000 miles when i got rid of it. I sprayed a 75 shot of juice and was able to go 13.2. Who says Ford's dont last??? I now have a 1991 Mustang LX Coupe. It is an original 5.0, 5 speed car. I have a fully built rear end, 5 lug conversion, clutch, quadrant, shifter, headers, full exhaust, u/d's, little tuning here and there by me, full slicks, and was able to run a 13.12 n/a. Ive heard that the record for a stock uncracked motor w/bolt-ons n/a is about a 12.7 (let me know if thats wrong). It is my goal to try and reach that. I'm almost there!! I also love riding Harley's! I bought my first Harley in March of 2008. I bought an 08 Nightster. I had some pipes, race tuner, and a hevy breather on it. For a Harley it sure was fast. I loved this bike but i traded it in for an 09 Harley Davidson Crossbones!
