I started @ 16 w/ a 67 mustang w/289. It needed a lot of work so I sold it (dumb*ss) Then @ I bought a 78 King Cobra II w/ built 289 ran great but it needed a lot of work. Parts for this car are rare so I sold it. After a few years they came out w/ internet. Figures!(dumb*ss) After that I bought a 1989 5.0 notch back. Fun car till someone hit it. Bought a rolling chassis of an 83. Bought an "89 gt totalled and used rolling chassis to rebuild it. Then bought a 1992 5.0 lx and drove it for a little while, pulled the bada** motor out of it swapped it for my 89's stock motor and sold it w/ the 89 motor. Took the 89 GT painted every nut and bolt that I put on it... Gave her a better engine and tranny. Along with a sh*t ton of other things. New paint (Bright Met. Silver w/ a coat of blue pearl) Now shes a beauty, time well spent.
