Thank you. To be perfectly honest, though, the composition took care of itself. You can go anywhere in that entire area, pull out your camera, close your eyes and shoot, and, if the camera is able to focus on anything, you have a shot like that. I have literally thousands of them. The one with the deer posing, holding her head high came to me completely unsolicited. I was sitting in a folding chair, half asleep and my husband nudged me and pointed and she was just standing there like that about 10 feet away from me. It was beautiful. My huband tells people that there are so many bears there that you'll trip over them. When someone asks what he does when he runs into one he says that he just sends me over to kick the bear to sleep.

Hi Ronda. Thanks for stopping by. I made a video thingy with some pictures that I took on vacation and put it on youtube. I love taking pictures. There's one picture of a bear sleeping in a tree that I took on the way up the trail. On the way back down the trail I got to meet the bear up-close and personal. I came around a turn in the trail and ran right into him. As in Bamm!! Have ever tried to walk through a slidding glass door that you thought was open and was actually closed? That's how I ran into him. . He was pretty civilized about it, though.
