I went to New Town this past Saturday around 7 pm but was unable to find a Mustang gathering; I guess I just wasn't looking in the right part(s) of New Town. I had just washed and waxed my car too, had it looking real good.
Don't know what to tell you on that one. Maybe they didn't have it that weekend. It should be in close proximity to the movie theater, Cheeburger Cheeburger, and Maggie Moo's.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I just didn't see any Mustangs. The parking lots were completely full too (typical weekend night), from people going to the theater and whatnot. But again, I probably just wasn't looking hard enough or in the right spots.
I have family coming in town tomorrow and they are staying through the weekend so I don't know if I will be able to make it this Saturday. But I'm looking forward to the 23rd!

Yeah, I'm looking foward to it too. I should be able to make it. My son is flying in early evening and if he's up to it we'll head up there.

Not sure if I am going to be able to make it tonight, but I am going to try. Ironbound and Monticello is in a slightly different area than the theater and what not, which is probably why I did not see the gathering last weekend. Thanks for the additional info Don!

Anybody going to the CVC car show in Suffolk this weekend? I've never been to this show and thought I might give it a shot. They have both indoor and outdoor parking. Anybody know what the indoor parking is like? Is it worth the extra money? I'd be anxious to hear what people's feedback is.

Hey, i'm new to the virginia area (alexandria), i just moved here a month ago and have even more recently purchased my dream car. 2006 GT. i'm looking for some good car shows and cruises. and i've never been a member of a club before but i'm very interested if any one would care to explain how it all works. thanks again, hope to see some of you soon.
