I was looking at those a couple of weeks ago. And you pose a very good question. If I had to guess I would say they would be legal, but VA is pretty harsh, so who knows.
This past Monday I installed the C&L Racer CAI that I ordered from Brenspeed a couple of weeks ago. The new CAI and 93 Octane Tune have made a world of difference - it is like driving a completely different/new car.
Today was the first nice day since installation, so I burned about 1/4 tank of gas playing around with it. Man, is it ever awesome.

The Middle Penninsula Classic Cruisers are begininng their Friday night Cruise in at the Gloucester Library starting Friday April 3. Admission is typically $1. I hope to see some of the southeast VA people there.

Since we are bringing up cruises anyone in the 7 city area the auto show and burnout competition in VA Beach on the boardwalk is on April 18 this year. Cruisin' Virginia Beach Car Show | Beach Street USA here's the link if anyone's interested and they got some pics from last year, sadly no nice pics on mustangs. But there are some nice rides out there.
I asked my dealer about the clear corners and he said they are legal as long as they have the amber reflector. I think the law is worded to require an amber reflector in the bumper area.

He has done my friends 04 Gt a few times, and he started of with his own mustang.

It looks like this saturday looks like its going to be nice ill try to swing up there and check yall out. Im trying to get in a club ill check that out to.I drive a silver 95 gt with a decent cam sound so keep an eye out.

Yes, Zsstang and I attended along with quite a few members of the Peninsula Mustang Enthusiasts. The weather on Saturday cooperated, surprisingly. The roads were a bit wet when I set out, so I had to give the car a good cleaning when I got there, but it didn't rain anymore. There were 25 Mustangs, plus a mustang race car. I took a third place trophy, which given the number of Mustangs at the show and the caliber of the cars, I was very pleased with. First went to a beautifully restored '69 Mach 1, and second place to a very nice '66 'vert.
It was a nice beginning to the season, sorry you missed it. SEVMC has their show coming up on May 2nd in Virginia Beach, and MCT has their show at the Portsmouth Harley Davidson on May 17th. Hope you can make at least one of those shows.
