this is for the mustang week in mytle beach july22-26 we always have a great time....vfast
***FOXBODY CRUISE 2008 ROUTE AND INFO***
We will be meeting at Broadway at the Beach (prob. lower part of Aquarium parking lot) between 11am and 11:30am Be ready to roll out at 12 noon!
Our route this year will be the following:
*We will be taking Central Pkwy which turns into Robert M. Grissom Pkwy, crossing Hwy 17 Bypass
*Merge Right onto Carolina Bays Pkwy (Hwy 31)
*Appox 5 miles up Hwy 31 we will Merge Right onto Veterans Hwy (Hwy 22....same road we took last year)
*Merge LEFT and Cross Hwy 17 taking one of the two lefts into the Colonial Mall.
**TURN RIGHT ONCE IN THE MALL PARKING AREA!!! Follow road around to the back side of Mall to re-group once again for our Grand Entrance into the Cruise-In area.
PLEASE NOTE following information!!!!!
****After merging onto Hwy 31 we will pull over appox. 2 miles to re group and make sure we have EVERYONE, At this time we will also take individual pictures of each foxbody, along with short video. Then we will pull out and cruise at a speed of 40-50 mph
****During this time will we have a few video crews passing by getting everyone on video rolling.
*We are working on getting a few members from the local Law Enforcement Groups to help us with traffic and escorts. (Still working on that)
*I will also be contacting the local TV and newspaper to see if they will come out and cover our event also.
