The SMMC will be holding a Mini-cruise and meeting, July 19th.

Starting at Bert's Diner in Mechanicsville no later than 1230, cruising to Twin Kiss in La Plata by 1:30 and on to Gilligan's Restaurant in Pope's Creek.

EVERYONE is welcome to attend that has an enthusiasm for Mustangs or Ford performance products. We are family oriented and kids, spouses and friends are welcome, too.

HEy Tom,
IF I get running in time, I'll come out. I live in PF, just installed a 347 in my 89. It's awesome to look at, working on timing and tuning... It is way off.

Hope you can make it. We need to expand up to PF a little better. Our two biggest Calvert people have left the club recently, one moved and the other traded his Stang, so we need someone in the north!

Things went well w/ the cruise other than an older Mustang needed some surgery in the form of a thermostat replacement. Thankfully, that was all it was.

Here's a couple pics from the initial meeting spot at Bert's Diner in Mechanicsville. Seven cars, the '73 with the burnt out 'stat not pictured. We picked up four more cars and had a great lunch in Pope's Creek.

Next meet will be near Pax River Naval Air Station will a photo shoot at their museum. Details to follow.
