I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I want to drop my car off with a shop that can rebuild my engine for me. I am taking this car to Germany and want to make sure it can stand up to Autobahn conditions. There is nothing wrong with the car right now other than the fact that it has 85K miles.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I know that it is not really that close to Ft. Meade but you may want to consider taking the car up to CJ Pony Parts in Harrisburg PA. It is about 2 hours from where you are but they are a shop that deals exclusively with ford mustangs so you know that they will know what they are doing. If I was in your possition that is exactly where I would take it. BTW, what year is your car?
