Man, Oak Beach Inn - that brings back memories for me. I used to go there a lot when I was in college and eventually started working for the dreaded LILCO. I grew up in Lake Grove and used to bicylcle to Lake Ronkonkoma all the time. I left the Island in 1990.
Is the Smithaven Mall still there? I was a mall rat in the '80's. Fer Shur...
I plan on visiting the Island this summer, so if you guys set up a meet and things line up, I might swing by. I doubt I'll have my '
