Default Will electric cutouts pass PA inspections?
Hey guys, sorry if this question has been asked before (I tried the search but found nothing). Will electric cutouts pass inspection in PA on an 01 GT???

I can't comment specifically on cutouts, but here's the site I used to look at the emissions inspection info:

If you have them capped tight with a gasket on, yes they will pass.

...because the exhaust pipe is completely closed.
