Default Luzerne County PA inspection and emissions questions
what are the requirements in luzerne county? i have an off road X headers, and cat back. 88 mustang GT

and i have a 79 F250 with no emissions at all.

do you need cats in Luzerne? is my stang old enough to not have to need them? i may be moving there or should i just keep my stuff up here where i dont need emissions crap?
