Any recommendations for experienced engine rebuilders for my '66 289 in the Albany, NY area?? Original car with 45,000 miles. Developed a "bad" cylinder.....lots of white smoke and will only run on 7. Hope it's not the block! Want to rebuild engine with some internal mods but need to keep everything looking pretty much stock because of the perfect, un-restored condition of the car. Would like to "re-do" the engine compartment as well when the engine is out......car was "zeibarted" when new in '66.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Would hate to miss a summer of cruising!!!
