Guys I need your help
this is first time I buy a car in US so I know nothing actually

On 12/19/2007 I have made a downpayment 4 000$ for 2008 Mustang Bullitt. They told me that the car is not in stock (We all know that ofcourse) and they gonna get it in March. I asked about equipment like AC manual or automatic and other things, so they didn't have any answers for me as well. He just confirmed that I will get the car for 100%.

And today I receive this email:

Hey Michal call me the bulitt is here can’t hold it for to long
The car is in great demand please call me or I will have to let it go.

Roger



Now guys I did call him and said that I will be able to make the payment on the 01/2/2008.


Is there anything that I could do about this situation??

Tell them that he sure as hell better hold that car if you put that massive amount of a downpayment on it!

I put a downpayment on an order for an 08 bullitt and my dealer said that the car is mine and only mine. I made sure of that.

Bullitts only come in manual and have A/C std. if you have any questions about the car, feel free to pm me. And go to Welcome to the Home of the "Bullittheads" (bullitt owners club). They are more expert on the sn95 cars, though. Not many have experience with the s197 cars yet. Go there and register!
