Com'on, There is a huge AF Base there. Its a big city, lots of things going on. Dont tell me no one in Tucson owns a Mustang or hangs out on these boards.
Im moving later this year and Im pumped. Tucson is a well hidden secret from the rest of the world. There is more to do there than anywhere ive ever lived, except So. Flordia.
1. San Xavier
2. Sonora Desert Museme
3. Baseball
4. Race track
5. Pinnicle Peaks
6. Flea Market
7. Sabino Caynon
8. Mt Lemon (I hope the road is fixed)
9. Horse riding
10. Wheeler riding
11 Great collages
12 Golf
13 Mexico (close)
14 Tombstone (close)
15 Hiking
I could go on forever, I want to live soewhere near Sabino Caynon, Tanque Verde, Harrison, Golf Links, around that area.
Is anyone out there?
P.S. I lived there twice when my dad was in the AF. It just took me a long time to figure out thats where I want to be.
Do not know if you are looking at this anymore but I am a Tucson 'Stanger... Military brat that lived in Tucson then joined the Air Force and got sent right back to DM when I joined...

I actually live on base. I would love together sometime my buddy with a Z28 used to hang with a group of guys at Trader Joes at Speedway and Kolb (I believe it is). But, they all got kicked outta there so now I dont know where they hang but we should do something. Just hit me with a PM or something and we can see about getting something going.
I haven't checked in here for a while, but I'm another Tucson Mustang owner--two 1968s. I'm on the eastside, and with the Old Pueblo Mustang Club. We meet at the Wilmot Library on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm. Our annual show will be on April 1, 2006, at the Palo Verde Holiday Inn. We welcome all Mustangs of all years and types. Heck, you don't even have to own a Mustang to join our club, just have an interest.
