Your looking for hood struts? Any place that sells, truck caps and hard tonneau covers. They're a lot cheaper than $155.00, more like $20-$40 tops. And they work just as well, and look just as well, Mike SCT Tuner. ( same type of strut that holds up your deck lid )

Here is a link to all of the Hood Struts we carry at this time. I think the Cobalt Hood Lift Kit is a excelent product for the price and are well engineered. They come in Black or Polished Part # 055-995 or Part #055-996.
