Earlier in the year I purchased the CG Lock kit for my Mustang... I finally got around to installing it and found that 4 specially supplied screws didn't fit my seatbelt clip on the 2007 Mustang... the short ones were too short and the long ones too long (it would damage the seatbelt nylon).
I contacted David and although I purchased this piece in March - and just recently had a chance to put it on - he had nothing but superior customer service when I questioned if I could return it.
I can only hope that other places I shop - for my home - would give me such excellent customer service.
