Photoshop Request. Satin Silver 2005 Mustang GT with Top Portion Painted Torch Red
I would like to see a satin silver '05 Mustang GT
with the top surfaces (hood-roof-trunk) painted
torch red. To just about the standard "pinstripe
line". Can anyone help me out?
Alright, so heres the pic i have of my car.. already have my rims photoshopped onto it.. now i want to see how it would look with either 2 10 inch fat stripes bumper to bumper(the normal and most common way ive seen it done) or 1 12 inch stripe w/ 1 pinstripe on each side.. Whatevers easier go ahead and do.. Oyeah, i just want them to be a normal gloss black
Posted three pics, whichever one will work best its up to you.

Hey trippleback, I have the vision and the eye for being artisc, hence why I think the mods on my car came out looking good, as well as the remodeling of my house, and I even have the skills with a camera, but dagnabit, I am jealous of your skills with photoshop....the one thing in photogrpahy I never mastered. You do have skills my friend. Man would your skills have come in handy before I started modding my car and remodeling my house. Very useful skill you have (I know whiteangle has skills there too).

OK, Retro, I looked at the idea of stripes on your car.
A single 12" stripe looked goofy - so I went with one that hits the style lines on the hood and includes the scoop. (First pic).
Then I added pin stripes to either side (less of a monolith layout). This was my personal favorite.
The "usual" 2 stripe treatment I left alone, since its just a lot of work to duplicate the same look on so many other S197's. No imagination needed there.

Tap me on the shoulder if you get more inspirations.
In general terms, Photoshop just takes time to learn the basics. Start with one of the free versions like Photoshop Elements that comes free with many scanners (its usually about the same money to buy the program by itself, so get yourself a scanner at the same time).
My usual illustration takes anywhere from 50-500 manhours, so you either get good (and fast, which is almost the same thing) or you go crazy and starve.
I'm uploading some new artwork to my profile gallery, should anyone be interested.
