Default Is there anyway to upload a GIF as an avatar?
I've got a pretty sweet GIF that i'd like to use as an avatar but I can't upload it. Can anyone help?

Make sure it's under 100 X 100 pixels and relatively low file size.

Is there anyway to resize it then? cuz the one I have is 2 mb

I am not sure of which program will do that yet. I was looking too lol. Finally gave up and made a smaller one . I anyone knows, or you find one be sure to post directions and or how!!

Either that or convert to a jpg and then resize. I'm sure someone could do it if you have any issues with it.

Yes you will, Some programs like the one I mentioned earlier will resize an animated gif and keep the animation.

Just something to note... some .gif's work with our site and some do not... it's a toss up!! If after you reduce you still have a problem... it's not just "you" lol
