thank you everyone. the only thing is that all 4 of my tries are dry-rotted and at this point this is my only car. I found thies wheels and the guy only wants 200 for them and the tires look brand new. Do I take the chance on the tires I have and save up or do I spend the 200 now and don't have to worry about it for a while?

You'll have to be the one to decide that, due to the tires you have now and their condition. If they'll make it a little longer, I'd wait and get the new tires. You could get new tires for not much more than that $200, depending on what exact tire you want to go with. You could get some BFGoodrich T/A's for roughly $60-$80 each... little over $300 for all four.
